TRANSPORT INFORMATION
There will be a complimentary bus running for the duration of Trenchless Live 2010. At peak times the bus will be restricted to full delegates.

Route: Novotel Pacific Bay Resort, Corner of Pacific Hwy and Bay Drive stopping at Midway Motor Inn, 209 Woolgoolga Rd en route to Coffs Harbour Showgrounds.

Sunday 17 October
9:00 am – 5:00 pm: hourly

Daily Monday – Wednesday:
7:00 am – 9:00 am every half hour
9:00 am – 5:00 pm every hour: departs from the Novotel on the hour/departs from Coffs Harbour Showgrounds on the half hour.
Last bus 5:30 pm from Coffs Harbour Showgrounds

Monday 18 October
Cocktail Party
5:00 pm – 7.30 pm every half hour

Tuesday 19 October
BBQ Gala Dinner and Awards Evening
Departs: 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm from Novotel Pacific Bay Resort via the Midway Motor Inn en route to the Coffs Harbour Ex-Services Club.
Return trip: 10:30 pm and 11:15 pm

Parking is available at the Showgrounds.

The Gala BBQ Dinner and Awards Evening, to be held at the Coffs Harbour Ex-Services Club, is within walking distance of the Showgrounds.


FIRST AID AND SAFETY

Please observe the simple rules below to ensure a safe event:
  • Persons under the age of 15 years will not be admitted into the exhibition and demonstration area
  • Visitors must keep to the defined paths and not enter any fenced off areas
  • Do not use any equipment without permission
  • Visitors must wear sensible clothing and stable footwear
  • Smoking is not permitted in the exhibition area or indoor areas
  • Report any incidents or emergencies to the registration desk or nearest available event staff
